The Application Process for school principals is as follows:
Remote Hiring Process
1. Completed Applications and resumes must be sent in according to instructions on each posting.
2. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
3. Candidates selected for hire must complete the CMG Connect pre-employment curriculum.
4. Candidates selected for hire must submit to a comprehensive background check within the CMG portal.*
5. Following a cleared background check, Candidates must register for New Employee Orienation (NEO) via the completion of Safe Environment II currriculum through the CMG portal.
6. Candidates will receive a remote invitation to onboard on their registered NEO date.
7. Candidate must complete an I9 verification with their Hiring Manager within 72 hours of onboarding to finalize employment.
*Note: If you are applying to one of our designated daycare centers, background processing will be conducted via the state mandated KARES program. This program requires potential to employees to be sent to a KSP location for fingerprinting.
